Note: This section used to contain answers to frequently asked questions about POV-Ray as well as many useful tips not covered in other parts of this documentation. You should now refer to the online version of the POV-Ray Questions and Tips

and here are a few of the reasons why

  • these issues make the content dynamic
    • link maintenance
    • user contributions
  • it's an unnecessary duplication of content
  • there is now no need to regenerate documentation sets to pick up changes
  • a much better collaborative environment on the wiki
