• Gnome

The GNOME project provides two things: The GNOME desktop environment, an intuitive and attractive desktop for users, and the GNOME development platform, an extensive framework for building applications that integrate into the rest of the desktop.

• Jam

Jam is a MacOS application for building smooth three-dimensional structures called "metaballs" or (more informally) "blobs" for use with the POV-Ray ray-tracing application. Last updated 1999

• K4DE

KDE-based POV-Ray modeler for Unix. 'Under development' for some time (V 0.4.7b)

• Particle-System for Pov-Ray

Must be compiled before it will run. A program to generate POV-Ray particles by: Andreas Hirczy (Warning. May be quite old)
